10 Signs Your Child has a Food Sensitivity

Child Food Sensitivities

So many chronic conditions are caused by IgG Food Sensitivities. They cause a delayed hypersensitivity response that can take 1-4 days to mount (cause symptoms).

IgG versus IgE
IgE testing is what you would have experienced with an Allergist. A RAST test is performed looking for IgE allergies. IgE allergies cause a sudden onset reaction within 24 hours. IgE reactions are usually hives, swollen tongue and/or lips and anaphylaxis reactions.

Here are a few examples of IgG related illnesses/symptoms listed below:

-recurrent ear infections, throat infections, dark circles under the eyes, trouble sleeping, irritable, difficulty gaining or losing weight, bloating, indigestion, low energy, lethargy and many more listing below.

A common misconception is if you have food sensitivities you will have them for life and therefore never able to eat them again.

This is INCORRECT you will be able to eat the foods again. Once they have been removed for a period of time you can re-introduce back into the diet on a rotational diet with no aggravations.

An IgG test is a simple blood test that can be done through a finger prick or blood draw. Most extended health insurance plans cover the test. If you are interested call and book today!

If you have had the test and experienced the resolution of your symptoms please feel free to share in the comments.
